By using any Videoship websites, software applications, or services — including iNet.Live, iNet.Sport, BlackBelt, CBS NewsPath, and the installable Upload/Download Agent (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Videoship is committed to protecting your privacy and operates on a principle of data minimization. We do not collect personal information unless it is necessary for the delivery of our Services. This information is used solely to maintain functionality, ensure the integrity of file delivery, and improve system performance.

In addition, Videoship uses automated tools to extract metadata from contributed video files — such as voice-to-text transcription, brand and celebrity recognition, and game event tagging — to enable content discovery. This metadata is not linked to user identity and is used solely to organize and improve content accessibility.

We do not use or access third-party cookies to track your activity elsewhere on the internet. We may use our own first-party cookies to maintain session state and personalize your experience on Videoship platforms.

2. Use & Disclosure of Personal Information

We only use your personal information to provide and support the Services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.
