iNet and dual-path delivery
BlackBelt is the only remote video contribution solution built from the ground up to support dual delivery of a stream over two distinct Internet paths – eliminating common points of congestion or failure during transmission.
Path trajectory is determined and monitored by the Network Management System (NMS) that controls traffic flow across iNet’s global cloud infrastructure, allowing paths to be dynamically rerouted when errors are detected.
Each stream copy undergoes independent interim error correction at every iNet Hub along its routing path, as well as at destination endpoints.
Stream pairs received by the endpoints are processed with a “Hitless Merge” operation that combines packets from both copies – exploiting full redundancy to protect from data loss and jitter and provide the highest levels of reliability with the lowest latencies.

When paired, units automatically fall into “Bonding” mode when congestion or high error rates are detected. Adaptive bonding sees a reduction in bandwidth requirements of up to 50% across each channel connection.

Clean recordings – patched by BlackBelt
BlackBelt is the only system of its kind that replaces packets lost during transmission to reconstitute a perfect cloud recording immediately following a session. At its limit, this powerful feature would allow BlackBelt video to be shot in the total absence of any communications services – automatically uploading the entire session as soon as bandwidth comes available.
Once patched, recordings are processed for voice-to-text and made available in the RoughCut editor – supporting keyword search, clip extraction and transcription download. Clips are moved to an integrated CMS for distribution to other network members or to external parties via email links.
Note that Recording files may also be delivered to an onsite iNet transceiver at HQ and forwarded directly to a local edit bay for further processing
